Description We are looking for a skilled Data Architect to join our team in Tallahassee, Florida. In this position, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing data pipelines that enable seamless integration and transformation of data across multiple systems. This is a long-term contract opportunity that offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and create impactful solutions for data management and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-performance ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources.

• Ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of data pipelines to meet organizational requirements.

• Build and maintain workflows that support data integration and transformation for analytics and reporting purposes.

• Utilize tools such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse to streamline data management activities.

• Develop and implement strategies to ensure data integrity and optimize system performance.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights by transforming complex datasets into meaningful information.

• Lead efforts to automate and enhance data workflows for improved operational efficiency.

• Monitor and troubleshoot data architecture systems to ensure consistent performance and reliability.

• Provide technical expertise in managing data warehouses and data lakes.

• Ensure compliance with best practices in data security and governance. Requirements • A minimum of seven years of experience working with large-scale and complex database management systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure tools, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse.

• Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data integration methodologies.

• Experience with data warehousing and managing data lakes.

• Ability to design secure and efficient data pipelines.

• Expertise in Power BI for analytics and reporting.

• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
