Description

We are helping our priority client who is looking for an experienced HR Director to oversee and enhance human resources operations across multiple sites for a large organization in Memphis, Tennessee. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive organizational development, ensure compliance, and implement effective HR policies. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration while fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and support business growth.

• Manage recruitment processes to attract, select, and retain top talent across multiple locations.

• Oversee benefits administration, ensuring employees have access to competitive and effective programs.

• Lead initiatives for organizational development, including workforce planning and employee engagement.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date HR policies and practices.

• Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to promote a harmonious work environment.

• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring equity and competitive offerings.

• Provide guidance to leadership teams on HR best practices and strategic decision-making.

• Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to improve processes and drive efficiency.

• Train and mentor HR staff to enhance their skills and support their detail-oriented growth.

Requirements • A minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources leadership roles.

• Proven expertise in managing multi-site HR operations within large organizations.

• Strong knowledge of employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance.

• SHRM certification or equivalent HR credential is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational development initiatives and workforce planning.

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.

• Proficiency in compensation and benefits program management.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
