Description

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize warehouse operations near Carol Stream, Illinois. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead teams, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of logistics, and a commitment to maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Compensation: $100k-$125k + bonus

Onsite Monday-Friday

7:30am-4:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment, training, and management of warehouse staff

• Supervise daily inbound and outbound logistics

• Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures

• Monitor and manage inventory levels and handle discrepancies

• Maintain a safe and compliant warehouse

• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams

• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to optimize workflows and maintain records

Requirements

• Minimum of five years' experience in warehouse management

• Proficiency in Warehouse Management and inventory control procedures

• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in contract manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, or similar industries is highly desirable.

• Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus but not mandatory
