    A Shift/ Base Pay:

     

    $21.75hr

     

    Mon – Wed

    (7:00am – 7:30pm)

    B Shift: + $1.00hr

     

    $22.75hr

    Mon – Wed (7:00pm – 7:30am)

    C Shift: +$0.50hr

     

    $22.25hr

    Thurs – Sat(7:00am – 7:30pm)

    D Shift: + $1.50hr

     

    $23.25

    Thurs – Sat (7:00pm – 7:30am)

    + Must be open to all shits and payrates

    + Opportunity for OT as well

    Job Description

    Operate and support CNC machining centers, including setup, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting. You will be responsible for loading and unloading raw materials and finished parts into and out of CNC machines, as well as monitoring multiple machines simultaneously to ensure continuous and efficient operation.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and support CNC machining centers.

    + Load and unload raw materials and finished parts into and out of CNC machines.

    + Monitor multiple machines simultaneously.

    + Change and adjust machine tools as needed to meet production specifications.

    + Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly.

    + Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments.

    + Interpret and work from technical blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with measuring, hand tools, and machine operation.

    + Familiarity with CNC, lathe, CNC machine, machining, and mill operations.

    + Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring instruments.

    + Basic math skills.

    + Experience in metal fabrication and mechanical assembly.

    + Ability to perform machine maintenance and repair.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50 pounds.

    + Capability to stand for long periods.

    + Basic mechanical aptitude.

    + Understanding of measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.75 - $23.25/hr.
