    Job Title: Machine Operator

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team in the core assembly area, where you will play a vital role in building industrial radiator cores. As a machine operator, you will operate various equipment, including a fin press, oven, and soldering dip pot. While experience with these specific machines is not required, a basic understanding of machine operation is essential.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and monitor the fin press, oven, and soldering dip pot.

    + Ensure the assembly process meets quality standards.

    + Conduct inspections to verify the accuracy and completeness of assembled cores.

    + Utilize hand tools for various assembly tasks.

    + Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

    Essential Skills

    + 1 year of machine operating experience.

    + 1 year of assembly experience.

    + Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Basic knowledge of machine operating.

    + Experience with press operating and inspection is a plus.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in the core assembly room, which is warmer and louder due to the ovens and solder machines. The position is for the 2nd shift from 1:30 PM to 12 AM, Monday through Thursday. You will have the chance to work 8 hours of overtime on the 2nd shift and 5 hours on the 1st shift.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
