Job Title: Reach Truck Forklift Operator** **Job Description

As a Reach Truck Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for moving materials efficiently and safely around various facilities such as warehouses and storage spaces. Your primary role will involve operating a reach truck forklift to ensure that materials and products are always positioned correctly to maximize efficiency. Prior experience in driving reach truck forklifts is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

+ Unload materials from incoming vehicles and place them in pallet racks.

+ Locate products in racks using an RF scan gun.

+ Pull customer orders when required.

+ Fill pick locations from overstock bins.

+ Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and perform regular maintenance, including charging and watering the battery.

+ Help maintain a safe and orderly environment within the facilities.

Essential Skills

+ Proven experience as a reach truck forklift operator.

+ Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with forklift, reach truck, stand-up forklift, material handling, inventory, and order pulling.

+ Ability to use an RF scanner.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
