Electrical Technician- Control Panel Wiring & Building

Pay:** $25/hr | **Start ASAP

**Location:** Chaska, MN

**Schedule:** 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm

About the Role

Join a **fast-growing, recession-proof company** building **large custom water purification and osmosis systems** for major facilities like sports stadiums and commercial buildings. As an **Electrical Technician** , you’ll wire and build control panels based on schematics and blueprints, drill and tap components, and run conduit through piping systems. Every week brings **new projects and challenges** —no repetitive production line work!

What You’ll Do

+ Build and wire control panels for custom water systems.

+ Drill, tap, and assemble components per schematics and blueprints.

+ Run conduit and wire through piping systems.

+ Inspect and test panels for quality and functionality.

+ Work in a **comfortable, air-conditioned shop** with a collaborative team.

What We’re Looking For

+ **Experience:** 1–2 years in electrical panel building/wiring.

+ Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

+ Skilled with conduit wiring, hand tools, and power tools.

+ Knowledge of AC/DC voltage.

+ Ability to lift 50 lbs and read tape measures in inches & centimeters.

+ Bonus: Pre-Apprentice Electrician or Electrician experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
