Warehouse Coordinator – 1st Shift | Weekly Pay

**Location:** Mickleton, NJ (Logan Township)

**Shift:** 1st Shift — 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

**Pay:** Weekly pay offered

**Type:** Contract-to-Hire (Permanent after 6 months)

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable **Warehouse Coordinator** to join our client’s team in a brand‑new, 575,000 sq. ft. facility. This role requires **1–3 years of warehouse or distribution experience** and strong organizational skills. You’ll play a key part in coordinating daily warehouse operations, ensuring shipments are accurate, timely, and well‑documented.

Key Responsibilities

+ Coordinate loading and unloading of trucks

+ Prepare outgoing shipments and manage all related documentation (invoices, bills of lading, etc.)

+ Perform data entry and generate reports using WMS/ERP systems

+ Maintain accurate warehouse records

+ Safely operate sit‑down forklifts and other material‑handling equipment

+ Communicate effectively with team members and demonstrate leadership when needed

Required Skills & Experience

+ 1–3 years of experience in warehouse/distribution logistics

+ Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems and basic computer skills (spreadsheets, data entry)

+ Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment

+ Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities

+ Solid communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with inventory, shipping/receiving, and data entry

+ Knowledge of material handling and supply chain processes

+ GMP experience is a plus

+ Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment

+ Strong interpersonal skills for frequent interaction with warehouse staff

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mickleton, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
