Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor** **Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to manage the cleaning and turnover process for rental properties. This role ensures that all properties are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, providing an exceptional experience for guests. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cleaning teams, communicate with renters, and oversee property readiness before and during reservations.

Responsibilities

+ Manage the cleaning and turnover process for rental properties.

+ Ensure all properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

+ Coordinate with cleaning teams to maintain property readiness.

+ Communicate effectively with renters to ensure their satisfaction.

+ Oversee property readiness before and during reservations.

Essential Skills

+ Previous experience in housekeeping supervision, hospitality, or property management.

+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Familiarity with Airbnb platform and short-term rental operations is a plus.

+ Reliable transportation and flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Harrisburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $56160.00/yr.
