    Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description

     

    This role focuses on transforming properties into modern, livable spaces by assisting with upgrades, repairs, and cosmetic improvements.

    Responsibilities

    + Execute interior and exterior renovations across assigned properties.

    + Install and repair drywall, flooring, doors, windows, cabinets, fixtures, and trim.

    + Assist with painting, plumbing, and light electrical tasks.

    + Troubleshoot structural or mechanical issues during remodels.

    + Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards.

    + Maintain a clean, organized work site and ensure safety compliance.

    + Load/unload tools and materials needed for renovation projects.

    + Document work performed and communicate progress daily.

    + Provide occasional support with routine maintenance if needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in electrical, HVAC, mechanical, troubleshooting, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, drainage, air conditioning, appliance repair, and residential construction.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and renovation techniques.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Harrisburg, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.
