    Job Description & Responsibilities

     

    We are seeking motivated individuals for a hands-on role involving inspection, cleaning, and general labor tasks. The ideal candidate will:

     

    + Use a tablet to identify structural issues.

    + Enter and navigate structures, which may require bending, climbing stairs, and working in confined spaces.

    + Move boxes within the structure.

    + Perform cleaning and other general labor duties.

     

    This position is physically demanding and requires comfort with heights and tight spaces.

    Essential Skills

    + Previous experience with manual labor.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

    + Comfortable working at heights.

    + Not claustrophobic.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Skilled in using wrenches, hand tools, and power tools.

    + Experience in repair, assembly, mechanical work, or troubleshooting.

    + Experience in mechanical assembly, production, construction, or solar industries.

    + Strong communication skills for reporting issues to managers and engineers on-site.

    Work Environment & Shift Details

    + Physical work environment, especially demanding during summer heat.

    + Requires Lock Out Tag Out training (provided) and ability to work in confined spaces with 32” clearance.

    + Exposure to high-tech robotics and automation systems.

    Shift Options:

    + **Front Half Days:** Sun–Wed, 5 AM–5 PM (rotating Wednesdays)

    + **Back Half Days:** Wed–Sat, 5 AM–5 PM (rotating Wednesdays)

    + **Front Half Nights:** Sun–Wed, 5 PM–5 AM (rotating Wednesdays)

    + **Back Half Nights:** Wed–Sat, 5 PM–5 AM (rotating Wednesdays)

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooksville, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
