Job Title: Carpenter Foreman** **Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Carpenter Foreman with a strong background in construction, particularly in framing and sheetrocking. The role involves overseeing clean-up, managing grunt work, and ensuring the smooth execution of construction tasks.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee and manage clean-up and general labor tasks on site.
+ Perform framing and sheetrocking duties efficiently.
+ Coordinate and supervise construction activities ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
+ Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment effectively.
+ Work closely with team members to complete projects on time.
Essential Skills
+ 6+ months of construction experience.
+ Proficiency in carpentry and general construction tasks.
+ Mechanically inclined with hands-on experience using tools.
+ Experience in framing and drywall installation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience working in a hospital or medical field environment is advantageous.
+ Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
