    Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description

     

    Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. You will handle and stack 55lb bags of extruded material, assist with various tasks on the production floor, and ensure quality standards are met.

    Responsibilities

    + Stack 55lb bags of extruded material on pallets.

    + Assist with various tasks on the production floor.

    + Sort boxes and stack bags on skids.

    + Stage and palletize orders in preparation for shipment.

    + Perform quality checks to ensure loads meet quality standards.

    + Accurately read weight measurements.

    + Collaborate with team members to ensure shipment deadlines are met.

    + Help load and unload trucks.

    + Pack extruded plastic products into boxes.

    + Lift up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

    + Work overtime as needed.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production, manufacturing, hand packing, and assembly line operations.

    + Ability to stack skids and weigh loads of extruded plastic material.

    + Capability to complete various production tasks.

    + Must be able to lift 50+lbs throughout the shift.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

    + Ability to work independently and unsupervised.

    + Some level of mechanical aptitude.

    Work Environment

    Work in a non-climate-controlled polymer/additive manufacturing facility, where temperatures can exceed 100 degrees in some areas on hot days. Join a close-knit production team with a family feel. Shifts are available as follows: 1st shift (7am-3:30pm), 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm), and 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am), all with a half-hour unpaid lunch. The facility currently employs around 120 people.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stow, OH.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
