    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for loading and unloading products on and off the machine, blending materials as needed, packaging finished products, labeling, and shipping. You will also assist operators in running the area when necessary.

    Responsibilities

    + Load and unload products on and off the machine.

    + Blend materials if needed.

    + Package finished products.

    + Label and prepare products for shipping.

    + Assist operators to run the area when needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to read and understand English.

    + General production experience.

    + Machine operating skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus.

    + Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. of material and loading into receptacle.

    + Standing, bending, and stretching during 12-hour shifts.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Groton, CT.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
