Job Title: Industrial Electrical Technician** **Job Description

Join a dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the efficiency of our industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. This position involves performing preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to ensure minimal downtime and equipment integrity in a high-production manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

+ Repair, rebuild, and replace components on industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

+ Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and maintain equipment integrity.

+ Respond to equipment breakdowns and provide timely troubleshooting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

+ Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and company policies.

+ Collaborate with maintenance technicians, machine operators, and supervisors to support production efficiency.

+ Document maintenance work performed and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Participate in cross-training opportunities as part of a multicraft maintenance model.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and PLC troubleshooting.

+ Ability to read and interpret schematics, including electrical schematics.

+ Experience with 480V and 3-phase systems.

+ Experience with 240V systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in performing electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations on plant equipment.

+ Ability to support the safe and reliable operation of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems in a casting and machining facility.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
