• What You’ll Do

+ Load and unload trucks, manage inventory, and stock materials

+ Wrap, organize, and prepare pallets for shipment

+ Break down pallets and restock packages/boxes

+ Operate sit‑down and stand‑up forklifts, plus occasional cherry picker use (up to 30 ft)

• What You Bring

+ **1+ year** of forklift experience

+ Background in order picking and warehouse operations

+ Familiarity with **SAP** for inventory tracking

+ Ability to lift **50 lbs occasionally** and **25 lbs repeatedly**

Preferred

+ **2–3 years** of warehouse/order picking experience

+ Knowledge of shipping, receiving, cycle counts, RF scanners, and material handling

• Work Environment & Schedule

+ Brand‑new, clean, open campus with cutting‑edge equipment

+ Casual dress code: shirt, long pants, closed‑toed shoes

+ **Mid‑shift openings:**

+ **12:00 PM – 8:30 PM**

+ 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

+ Monday–Friday

+ **10% shift differential** for 2nd shift

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
