    Job Title: Cleanroom CNC Operator** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a skilled Cleanroom CNC Operator to join our team in Evendale, OH. This position offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility on a 1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. This is a contract-to-hire position with a three-month duration.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate CNC machines to produce parts in accordance with job specifications and production requirements.

    + Load materials into machines, oversee machining operations, and remove finished components.

    + Verify the accuracy of completed parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.

    + Adhere to setup instructions and assist machinists with simple machine adjustments when necessary.

    + Maintain detailed and accurate records of production activities and inspection results.

    + Ensure the machining area is clean, organized, and complies with safety procedures.

    + Promptly report equipment issues, part defects, or quality concerns.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience operating CNC machines.

    + Proficiency in performing setups and changeovers.

    + Familiarity with using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with lathe, blueprint reading, machining, machine shop operations.

    + Knowledge of Haas and Fanuc systems.

    + Ability to perform tasks involving mill and lathe operations.

    Work Environment

    This position is based in a cleanroom environment, requiring adherence to specific safety and cleanliness standards. You will work with advanced CNC machinery and tools during the 1st shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
