    Production Packager

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

    **Pay:** Weekly Pay | $18/hr

     

    About the Role

     

    Join our team as a **Production Packager** and help assemble and package medical cleaning equipment and supplies that make a difference in healthcare environments. You’ll work in a **comfortable, flexible setting** with a small team, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.

    What You’ll Do

    + Package medical cleaning equipment, wire brushes, and lightweight supplies.

    + Operate and monitor packaging equipment for surgical instruments and medical supplies.

    + Inspect products for defects and verify labeling accuracy.

    + Load packaging materials, manage inventory, and prepare items for shipment.

    + Maintain accurate production and quality records.

    + Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals.

    What We’re Looking For

    + 1+ year of assembly or packaging experience.

    + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

    + Basic computer skills and math for cycle counting.

    + High attention to detail and ability to read English effectively.

    + Bonus: Experience with handheld scanners, labeling, and quality control.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
