Machine Operator – Up to $20/hr – 2nd & 3rd Shift

About the Role

**A growing manufacturing company is looking for motivated** **Machine Operators** to join their production team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, has strong mechanical skills, and wants to grow in a clean, climate‑controlled environment. You’ll be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and maintaining looms to ensure high‑quality fabric production.

What You’ll Do

+ Set up and monitor looms to ensure consistent fabric quality and optimal performance

+ Perform maintenance and repairs on looms according to approved standards

+ Train and support production team members in developing technical skills

+ Work closely with the Facilities Manager to meet daily and weekly production goals

+ Partner with Health & Safety and Quality teams to maintain quality system standards

+ Communicate maintenance schedules, breakdowns, and equipment trends with production technicians

What You Bring

+ Experience operating machinery in a production or manufacturing environment

+ Ability to perform machine setup and quality inspections

+ Familiarity with computer‑controlled systems (CNC experience is a plus)

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

+ Associate Degree preferred, but not required

+ Experience with stitching or textile machinery is a plus

+ **WorkKeys Certification or WIN Test is required - can take at local city testing facility if needed**
