Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description

As a Warehouse Worker, you will split your time equally between general warehouse duties and machine operation, with training provided on-site.

Responsibilities

+ Operate machinery efficiently and safely as trained on site.

+ Handle inventory management tasks, including loading, picking, and material handling.

+ Utilize a forklift for various warehouse tasks.

+ Participate in production and inventory processes.

+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with company standards.

Essential Skills

+ Basic experience in machine operation.

+ Prior experience in a warehouse setting.

+ Proficiency in inventory management and material handling.

+ Ability to operate a forklift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in similar steel companies is beneficial.

+ Flexibility to work different shifts with applicable shift differentials.

Work Environment

Work in a structured facility with three shifts available: 1st shift from 5am to 1:30pm, 2nd shift from 1:30pm to 9:00pm with a $0.75 shift differential, and 3rd shift from 9pm to 5:30am with a $1.25 shift differential.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.50/hr.
