    Job Title: Material Handler** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Material Handler to join our team. This role involves handling materials and managing pallets within a warehouse environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Use a box cutter to remove shrink wrap from pallets.

    + Utilize a step stool to reduce pallet height from 10 feet to 8 feet.

    + Re-stack pallets to ensure stability and organization.

    + Move pallets using a pallet jack.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficient in material handling.

    + Experience with pallet management.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    + Comfortable with climbing stools.

    Work Environment

    This position operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The role is based in a warehouse setting where you will utilize tools such as box cutters and pallet jacks. Safety equipment and guidelines will be provided to ensure a safe working environment.

    This is a Contract position based out of Waukegan, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
