    Production Worker – Multiple Departments Available!

     

    • **Location:** West Palm Beach, FL

    • **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–2:00 PM (overtime and Saturday shifts available during peak season)

    Start your career in manufacturing today! We’re hiring motivated individuals to join our team in Mattress Assembly, Material Handling, and Quilting.

    What You’ll Do:

    + **Mattress Assembly:** Work in pairs to build mattress interiors, apply glue and foam, and assemble units using hand and power tools (staple guns, hot glue guns, hog-ring guns).

    + **Quilting:** Operate sewing machines to create pillow tops and borders, cut and measure materials accurately.

    + **Material Handling:** Move and stage materials using push carts, ensuring smooth workflow between departments.

    + Inspect components and finished products for quality and accuracy.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Experience with hand tools and general assembly (1+ year preferred).

    + Knowledge in warehouse, production, or manufacturing environments.

    + Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours.

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Riviera Beach, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
