Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled multicraft Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves supporting production and assembly equipment, with a focus on ensuring operational efficiency through preventative and corrective maintenance. The position requires expertise in both electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
+ Perform electrical troubleshooting and work with PLCs, including Siemens and Allen Bradley.
+ Work with sensors, injection molds, and Fanuc robots.
+ Manage hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps.
+ Ensure equipment and systems operate efficiently through maintenance and troubleshooting.
Essential Skills
+ Expertise in electrical troubleshooting.
+ Experience in PLC troubleshooting, particularly Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs.
+ Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
+ Skills in working with robotics and automation, especially Fanuc robots.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with injection molds.
+ Familiarity with vacuum pumps.
+ Strong mechanical maintenance skills.
+ Industrial maintenance experience.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Smyrna, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.06 - $36.21/hr.
