    Swiss Machinist – CNC Swiss

    **Pay:** $25–$40/hr (DOE)

    **Shifts:** 1st, 2nd, Weekend (Day & Night)

     

    About the Job

     

    We’re looking for experienced **Swiss Machinists** to join our aerospace manufacturing team. You’ll set up and run CNC Swiss‑style lathes (Citizen, Star, or similar) to produce high‑precision aerospace parts in a clean, climate‑controlled facility.

    What You’ll Do

    + Set up and operate CNC Swiss‑style lathes

    + Read blueprints and follow machining instructions

    + Install and adjust tooling and fixtures

    + Monitor machines and make adjustments to maintain accuracy

    + Perform in‑process inspections using standard measuring tools

    + Troubleshoot setup, tooling, or program issues

    + Work with engineering and quality teams to improve processes

    + Keep your work area clean and organized (5S environment)

    + Complete production and quality paperwork

    What We’re Looking For

    + Experience running CNC Swiss‑style lathes

    + Ability to read blueprints and GD&T

    + Comfortable holding tight tolerances (+/– .0001")

    + Familiar with aerospace materials (titanium, stainless, Inconel, aluminum)

    + Strong mechanical and problem‑solving skills

    + Able to work independently

    Nice to Have

    + Aerospace machining experience

    + Knowledge of AS9100/NADCAP standards

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Prior Lake, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $76960.00/yr.
