What You’ll Do

+ Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service in person and over the phone.

+ Process sales, returns, and exchanges quickly and accurately.

+ Use your product knowledge to recommend solutions that make customers happy.

+ Keep inventory organized and assist in the showroom or warehouse when needed.

+ Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For

+ A positive, customer-first attitude.

+ Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.

+ Ability to work well in a team and use computer systems for order entry.

+ Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hardware is a plus—but not required!

This role involves working in a showroom or warehouse setting, standing/walking for extended periods, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
