Production Helper

**Pay Rate:** $23.80 – $24.80 per hour

**Location:** Portland, OR

We’re looking for a **Production Helper** to join our team in an industrial manufacturing environment. This role involves supporting production operations, handling materials, and ensuring smooth workflow on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

+ Handle materials and operate machinery

+ Package and label finished products, preparing them for shipment

+ Assist with setup and operation of automated production equipment that applies weatherizing solutions to large paper rolls used in concrete form wrapping

+ Perform general shop cleanup and provide support as needed

+ Operate forklifts to move materials safely

Qualifications

+ Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

+ Previous forklift operation experience is highly preferred

Environment & Shifts

+ Industrial manufacturing setting with heavy machinery

+ PPE required: safety shoes, hard hats, earplugs, and safety glasses

+ **Rotating shifts every 8 weeks:**

+ **Day:** 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM

+ **Swing:** 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM

+ **Night:** 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.80 - $24.80/hr.
