Job Title: Apprentice Plumber, Journeyman Plumber** **Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Apprentice Plumbers and Journeyman Plumbers to join our team for the Phase 2 project of Capstone located in Austin. This role involves working independently on a tight schedule, assisting in the assembly, installation, and repair of plumbing systems. The systems you will be working with include pipes, fittings, and fixtures for heating, water, and drainage, ensuring compliance with trade and building codes.

Responsibilities

+ Assist in the assembly, installation, and repair of plumbing systems.

+ Install plumbing systems according to specifications and trade standards.

+ Ensure compliance with building codes.

+ Work independently under supervision.

+ Perform other job-related duties as required.

Essential Skills

+ Apprentice plumber license.

+ 2-4 years of experience in commercial plumbing installation.

+ OSHA 10 certification.

+ Basic plumbing tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with blueprint reading and commercial construction.

+ Knowledge of PVC piping and commercial building mechanical systems.

Work Environment

The work environment is supportive and team-oriented, with a focus on fitting in with the company's culture. Expect to work 6 days a week, from 7 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility to work later if needed. The project is located at 6900 West Parmer Lane, Austin, Texas.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
