Job Title: Production Helper** **Job Description

This general labor position involves assisting either secondary operators or roll forming machine operators. The role includes tasks such as setting up, loading, and unloading parts from the production line, deburring all formed parts, conducting quality checks, using hand tools, and packing finished goods for shipping.

Responsibilities

+ Assist with setup and operation of production machinery.

+ Load and unload parts from the production line.

+ Deburr all formed parts from machine operators.

+ Perform quality checks on parts.

+ Use hand tools to facilitate the loading and unloading process.

+ Pack finished goods for shipping.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in fabrication, operation, and steel handling.

+ Previous labor experience is required.

+ Industrial experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Machine operating experience is a plus.

+ Experience in deburring is a plus.

Work Environment

The work environment is in a manufacturing setting that can be hot or cold. While it may be industrial, it is not necessarily dirty. The management is laid-back and relaxed as long as the job is being done effectively.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jeffersonville, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
