Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Coordinator** **Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our team in a small shop environment. The ideal candidate will manage various warehouse tasks with efficiency and accuracy, utilizing their knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

+ Manage shipping and receiving operations efficiently.

+ Find, pull, and package parts for shipment.

+ Perform data entry and inventory management tasks.

+ Coordinate with freight brokers for scheduling shipments.

+ Handle UPS/FedEx waybills and international shipping including export documentation.

+ Provide exceptional customer service and communication via phone and email.

+ Operate sit-down forklifts and perform general material handling.

+ Lift and move boxes and bags up to 40 lbs.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

+ Warehouse experience with a focus on shipping and receiving.

+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

+ Strong multitasking abilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.

+ Familiarity with scheduling shipments with freight brokers.

+ Experience with UPS/FedEx waybills and international shipping.

Work Environment

Work in a small shop with approximately 12 employees. The facility is non-climate controlled, operating Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a half-hour unpaid lunch break.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
