    • Production Associate

    **Schedule:** Full-Time | 1st and 2nd Shift

    **Pay:** **$22–$23/hr** (based on shift)

    What You’ll Do

    + Assemble coils using blueprints and hand tools.

    + Measure, cut, and secure components with precision.

    + Perform quality checks and keep production on schedule.

    + Communicate issues and follow safety standards.

    + Maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S).

    What We’re Looking For

    + 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience.

    + Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tape.

    + Comfortable standing 8–10 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.

    + High School Diploma/GED required.

    + Bonus: OSHA certification, metal fabrication experience.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Chanhassen, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $45780.00 - $47860.00/yr.

     

    Competitive Pay: Pay range $22.01-27.50/hr.
