    Industrial Assembler – Furnace Department

     

    About the Role

     

    Join our team as an Industrial Assembler in a clean, organized, and fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This is a full‑time position with **50+ hours per week** , starting at **5:00 AM** , and **paid weekly** . You’ll work across multiple departments and learn the full assembly process from start to finish. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to read a tape measure are essential.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assemble mechanical components and cabinets using drawings or photos

    + Perform point‑to‑point wiring and install wire harnesses

    + Retrofit and modify control panels to customer specifications

    + Install wire channels and ensure proper wire placement

    + Use forklifts and equipment to move materials; lift up to 50 lbs

    + Install hardware, labels, and safety signage

    + Assist with HVAC, plumbing, and pipefitting assembly

    + Measure, cut, bend, and thread pipe for heating/cooling systems

    Required Skills

    + Strong mechanical aptitude

    + Ability to stand for the full shift and perform repetitive tasks

    + Willingness to learn and take initiative

    + Basic math skills, including working with fractions

    + Comfortable using power tools, saws, and hand tools

    Preferred Experience

    + Automotive, HVAC, metal fabrication, carpentry, industrial painting, or masonry

    + Brazing/soldering (training available)

    + Prior shop or manufacturing experience

    + Heavy industrial manufacturing background is a plus

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rancocas, NJ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
