Job Description

We are seeking skilled Electricians for a six-month project focused on the upfit of a shell building. This role involves layout planning, task delegation, and quality assurance to ensure installations meet code standards.

Responsibilities

+ Install electrical wiring, outlets, switches, panels, and lighting systems in new buildings

+ Interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and electrical schematics to plan layouts

+ Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to ensure timely installation

+ Run conduit and pull wire through walls, ceilings, and underground trenches

+ Mount and connect electrical boxes, circuit breakers, and transformers

+ Test newly installed systems for functionality and safety\

+ Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building regulations

+ Maintain accurate records of installations and inspections

+ Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in conduit installation and bending.

+ Experience with wiring and troubleshooting.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Skilled in construction and cable installation.

+ Experience in pulling wire and bending conduit.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Team player with a positive attitude.

+ Punctual and reliable.

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
