Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler II** **Job Description
The Electromechanical Assembler II is responsible for the assembly, inspection, testing, repair, and refurbishment of robotic parts and machines. This role requires the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of processes and procedures to support both internal and external customers and meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble, inspect, test, repair, and refurbish robotic parts and machines.
+ Develop and implement processes and procedures for robot repair and refurbishment.
+ Collaborate on root cause analyses and cross-functional projects.
+ Gather metrics for quality assessment and process improvement.
+ Develop and maintain training materials and work instructions.
+ Identify and communicate resource needs.
+ Monitor and improve service performance.
+ Manage maintenance schedules and repair tracking.
+ Report emergent issues promptly.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in assembly, blueprint reading, mechanical and electrical assembly.
+ Experience with soldering, schematics, wiring, and using hand and power tools.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and repair robots and peripherals.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with machine building and blueprint reading.
+ Ability to ensure compliance with customer SLAs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
