    Job Title: Production Helper** **Job Description

     

    This role is a general labor position where you will assist secondary operators or roll forming machine operators in their tasks.

    Responsibilities

    + Help with setup, loading, and/or unloading parts from the production line.

    + Deburr all formed parts that come from the machine operator.

    + Perform quality checks on parts.

    + Use hand tools to unload/load parts.

    + Pack finished goods for shipping.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in fabrication, operation, and steel handling.

    + General labor experience is required.

    + Experience in loading or unloading tasks.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Industrial experience is advantageous.

    + Machine operating experience is a plus.

    + Deburr experience is a plus.

    Work Environment

    The position is based in a manufacturing setting with a hot and cold environment. The workplace is industrial but not necessarily dirty or unpleasant. The management style is laid-back as long as you are performing your duties effectively.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jeffersonville, IN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
