    Job Title: Entry-Level Assembler** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Assembler. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met.     Responsibilities

    + Assemble parts and components following work instructions and diagrams.

    + Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

    + Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    + Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

    + Report any defects or issues to the supervisor promptly.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.

    + Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

    + Familiarity with production and assembly line processes.

    + Strong attention to detail and quality inspection skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with wiring and understanding work instructions is beneficial.

    + General labor experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairmont, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
