    Maintenance Technician - HIRING ASAP

    Starting Pay/Wages:

    + Pay: $32.00-$42.00/hr

    + Shift Premium: $3.00-$4.00/hr

    Hours/Shift Openings:

    + (1st shift: 6:00am-2:00pm)

    + (2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm)

    + (3rd shift: 10:00pm-6:00am)

    Extra Information:

    + Placement Type: Direct Hire!

    + Tools: All tools a supplied.

    Duties & Qualifications:

    + Repairing electrical and mechanical components on conveyors, mixers, palletizers, packagers, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

    + Troubleshooting Allen Bradley or Siemens PLCs.

    + Troubleshooting/repairing VFDs, proximity sensors, limit switches, photo-eyes, fuses, relays, actuators, contactors.

    + Rewiring/troubleshooting single and three phase motors up to 480v.

    + Repairing gear boxes, shafts, bearings, valves, cylinders, shafts, chains, etc.

    + Fabrication & repair.

    + Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Sussex, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.

    $300/hr (post-tax) for tool allowance

    Working 12 hours on a holiday will yield 1 additional day of vacation

    Flexed in double time under the right coverage circumstance

    Unmandated, but available OT

    Yearly performance evals (new employees will be at 6, 12, 18, and 24 months for pay progression)

    Majority of the maintenance staff is well-tenured (Director of Facilities has been there for 19 years)
