Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Warehouse Workers in our distribution center. You will be involved in managing inventory that includes engines, nuts, bolts, short block transmissions, doors, bumpers, and various other accessories. This role is crucial for ensuring that our West Coast operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

+ Walk the warehouse to perform cycle counts by hand.

+ Utilize a clipboard and transfer data to the WMS system called Manhattan.

+ Manage inventory by stocking and cataloging products.

+ Conduct quality checks on stored inventory and discard those that do not meet company standards.

+ Update inventory counts and maintain accurate records for management and stakeholders.

+ Report inventory discrepancies that may indicate theft or loss.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and cycle counts.

+ Ability to work independently and exhibit a strong work ethic.

+ Must have experience in cycle counting and inventory management.

Work Environment

The work environment is a distribution setting equipped with racking and car part inventory. Employees are required to wear work pants/shorts (jeans are not recommended), shirts, and steel-toed shoes. Be prepared for varying temperatures; the warehouse can be cold in the winter and hot in the summer.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rialto, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
