Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to operate machinery such as CNC machines, plasma tables, bandsaws, Accupress, and more. The ideal candidate will have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications and effectively utilize hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

+ Operate CNC machinery including CNC machines, plasma tables, bandsaws, and Accupress.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and specifications accurately.

+ Utilize hand and power tools proficiently.

+ Demonstrate safe driving skills when operating a fork truck.

+ Work collaboratively across various departments and with diverse teams.

+ Learn and adapt to new equipment not previously trained on, such as plasma tables and Bridgeports.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in CNC machine operation, particularly CNC Bridgeport.

+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools and taking precise measurements.

+ Ability to read blueprints effectively.

+ Aptitude for learning and adapting to new equipment and technologies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with press brake and plasma table operations.

+ Competency in MIG welding is an advantage.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $49920.00/yr.

Full company benefits as it's a direct placement (will be on company benefits)

This is a fully onsite position in WATERLOO,IA.
