Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Miramar, Florida, on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, collections, and cash applications. This position requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in Excel, as well as the ability to navigate and locate documentation effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Process and generate invoices along with supporting documentation to ensure accuracy.

• Match invoices to corresponding records and verify for correctness.

• Perform commercial collections to ensure timely payments from clients.

• Handle cash applications and cash collection activities efficiently.

• Maintain accurate billing records and resolve discrepancies as needed.

• Utilize SAP software for accounts receivable tasks and reporting.

• Locate and retrieve necessary forms and documentation using computer systems.

• Adhere to a set schedule, working 8 hours on Monday and Tuesday, and 4 flexible hours Wednesday through Friday.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth accounts receivable operations.

• Perform administrative tasks requiring proficiency in Excel and computer systems. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections.

• Strong knowledge of commercial collections and cash applications.

• Proficiency in SAP software for accounting and financial tasks.

• Advanced skills in Excel and the ability to navigate computer systems effectively.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently while adhering to a fixed schedule.

• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

• Familiarity with billing functions and resolving discrepancies.
