Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in El Paso, Texas. This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity, offering a stable work environment with regular weekday hours and no nights or weekends. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
• Provide accurate information regarding company services and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures to deliver consistent and high-quality service.
• Participate in on-the-job training to enhance skills and improve performance.
• Uphold high standards in communication and customer engagement.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to team success.
• Adapt to evolving customer needs and company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, including vaccination requirements.
Requirements • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to complete training and continuously improve skills.
