    Temp-to-Hire Call Center Specialist (Outbound)

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (No weekends)

     

    Pay Rate: $16/hour

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a confident and professional Call Center Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is fully onsite and focused on making outbound calls to existing employees. The ideal candidate is comfortable making a high volume of calls, communicating clearly, and documenting information accurately.

    Responsibilities:

    + Make multiple outbound calls daily to existing employees

    + Communicate information clearly and professionally

    + Answer questions and provide guidance as needed

    + Accurately document call details and outcomes in internal systems

    + Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures

    + Escalate issues or questions to the appropriate department when necessary

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Prior call center, customer service, or administrative experience preferred

    + Comfortable making frequent outbound calls

    + Strong verbal communication and listening skills

    + Basic computer skills and accurate data entry

    + Reliable attendance and ability to work onsite
