    Description

    A REPUTABLE AND WELL-ESTABLISHED FIRM IN TACOMA is seeking a dynamic LITIGATION PARALEGAL to join their team. This firm specializes in representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice and personal injury claims, including catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and abuse/negligence. The firm is known for its aggressive advocacy and its commitment to obtaining the best possible results for its clients.

    Responsibilities Include:

    + Overall case management of personal injury and medical malpractice cases

    + Drafting of pleadings and motions, discovery responses and requests, declarations, etc.

    + Preparing and scheduling witnesses, trial prep and trial support

    + Court E-filing

    Compensation and Benefits:

    The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $95,000 with discretionary bonuses. Benefits available with this position include medical and monthly HSA contributions, participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with 3% employer contribution and discretionary profit share, 10 paid vacation days, 6 paid sick days, and 11 paid holidays.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience.

    + Skilled in drafting motions, declarations, and discovery-related documents.

    + Exceptional case management abilities, including tracking deadlines and organizing materials.

    + Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
