Description We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in St. Petersburg, Florida. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic organization.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and positive experience.
• Manage client check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
• Handle payment collection, issue receipts, and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
• Update client information during appointments and ensure all records are current.
• Schedule appointments for clients and confirm future visits, including follow-up calls for missed sessions.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain smooth client flow through scheduled services.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as required, ensuring all tasks are completed.
• Assist with resolving pending client issues and provide support where needed.
• Distribute and collect client satisfaction surveys to gather valuable feedback.
• Ensure accurate data entry into systems by adhering to department procedures. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally via phone and email.
• Proficient in data entry and scheduling systems, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Skilled in handling payments and maintaining financial records accurately.
• Experience in coordinating appointments and managing schedules.
