Growing distributor in Camp Hill is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance and accounting team. This individual will play a key role in supporting daily accounting operations and ensuring compliance with company policies:

Key Responsibilities:

+ Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

+ Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

+ Prepare and issue invoices, payment records, and financial statements

+ Assist with payroll processing and reporting

+ Monitor cash flow and banking transactions

+ Prepare month-end and year-end closing activities

+ Support preparation for audits and tax filings

+ Uphold confidentiality and integrity of company financial data

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

+ 2+ years of bookkeeping experience

+ Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
