Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in MDM methodologies, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to drive large-scale data projects to successful completion. This is a strategic role based in Chicago, offering an opportunity to influence data strategy and business outcomes for a dynamic, growth-oriented organization.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead end-to-end project management for MDM implementations, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.

+ Collaborate with data governance, IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to define MDM requirements and solutions.

+ Oversee data standardization, data quality, and integration efforts to ensure master data consistency and reliability.

+ Drive business process improvements tied to MDM across functional areas including finance, operations, and customer insights.

+ Develop robust project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations; proactively manage risks and resolve issues.

+ Communicate project status, milestones, and ROI impact to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

+ Promote data stewardship and adoption of MDM best practices across the organization.

Requirements

Requirements:

+ 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years leading MDM or similar enterprise data platforms (Based on general knowledge).

+ Proven track record delivering complex data-focused projects on time and within budget.

+ Expertise with MDM technologies and tools; experience in cloud or hybrid environments preferred.

+ Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and stewardship frameworks.

+ Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.

+ PMP, PRINCE2, or comparable project management certification strongly preferred.
