Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this Contract to permanent role, you will provide exceptional support to customers by handling inquiries, processing membership renewals, and ensuring the highest level of service for veterans. This position requires a detail-oriented demeanor and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume call environment.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding memberships and services.
• Manage high call volumes during peak periods, handling up to 150 calls per day.
• Process membership renewals and document customer interactions with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform data entry tasks, including recording conversations and maintaining accurate records.
• Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel to complete administrative tasks and reports.
• Ensure a detail-oriented and courteous manner when interacting with customers, addressing their needs effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
• Uphold business casual dress code standards to maintain a detail-oriented work environment.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Proficiency in basic office software, including Word and Excel.
• Strong data entry skills, including numeric input with high accuracy.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with call center operations is preferred.
• Detail-oriented demeanor and adherence to business casual attire.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
