Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on business-to-business (B2B) sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The Sales Representative will work directly with the CEO to align on strategic initiatives and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
+ Prospect and qualify potential business clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
+ Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings to business clients.
+ Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
+ Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
+ Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to align on strategies and resolve client issues.
+ Track and report on sales performance metrics using CRM software.
+ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
+ Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent the company and generate leads.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
+ Proven track record in B2B sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to maintain customer relationships effectively.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
+ Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
+ Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25% of the time).
+ A results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
