We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney with over three years of experience to join our esteemed law firm client's team in Tucson, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to handle personal injury cases from intake through settlement, ensuring the best outcomes for clients while working in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from initial consultation through settlement.

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and strengthen client representation.

• Draft and review motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.

• Oversee discovery processes, including gathering evidence and conducting depositions.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide clear guidance throughout the legal process.

• Negotiate settlements effectively to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

• Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with all legal protocols and deadlines.

• Work closely with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case management.

• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations impacting personal injury litigation.

• Participate in firm meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of legal practices.

Requirements • Minimum of three years of experience in pre-litigation personal injury cases.

• Active license to practice law in the state of Arizona.

• Strong expertise in civil litigation, including drafting motions and briefing.

• Demonstrated ability to manage discovery processes and handle depositions.

• Proven track record in negotiating settlements for personal injury plaintiffs.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
