    We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Bookkeeper to join our team in New Rochelle, New York. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with a background in the real estate industry who excel in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating closely with internal departments to support the organization's financial goals and efficiency.

    Requirements

    + Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

    + Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accounting clerk, or similar financial role.

    + At least one year of working experience with Yardi accounting software.

    + Proficiency in QuickBooks, with a strong focus on accounts payable processes and financial accuracy.

    + Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information professionally and confidentially
