Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team in San Francisco, California. This is a long-term contract position ideal for an organized individual with strong administrative and property management experience. The role involves overseeing property operations, ensuring compliance with housing regulations, and providing leadership and support to staff and residents.

Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative tasks to facilitate smooth property management operations.

• Review resident and property files to ensure accuracy and compliance with housing regulations.

• Maintain thorough documentation and assist in preparing for audits.

• Oversee the annual recertification process, including resident interviews and document collection.

• Ensure timely completion of housing program recertifications in accordance with federal guidelines.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the property management team to support daily operations.

• Coordinate with maintenance staff and external vendors to address property issues efficiently.

• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure a well-maintained environment.

• Foster positive relationships with residents by addressing concerns and coordinating services.

• Support community engagement through attentive interactions with tenants. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.

• Proficiency in property management software, such as Yardi.

• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property management practices.

• Experience in leasing and tenant relations.

• Familiarity with housing regulations and compliance processes.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
